Our customer, BAL, a leading brand of professional tiling adhesives and grouts, required a control system upgrade to a add a new bulk powder ingredient to their powder blending system. DPR modified the existing recipe system to support the new weighing plant and provided remote I/O stations and control software to weigh and pneumatically convey the powder to five batch mixers. All successfully installed during a weekend shutdown.
