Recipe Controlled Bulk Varnish Production

DPR Controls have completed the installation of a bulk varnish batch production facility for a UK based chemical company. We delivered a PLC / SCADA software solution and control hardware to provide a recipe controlled system utilising both gain-in-weight and loss-in-weight ingredient weighing. Supervised addition of manually weighed ingredients via a small HMI station was also provided. The system also captures and records all key events and produces printed and electronic batch reports.
